With an already highly cultivated culture and brand voice, O.C. Tanner turned to ZAACT to engineer an intranet that reflects their mission, vision, and values. Their previous intranet failed to inspire user adoption and did not allow for cross-platform compatibility. They also required support in the tricky migration from their SharePoint 2010 on premise platform to a more mobile Office 365.
In order to develop IA of the site we conducted employee interviews, brainstorms, and conducted a content audit of the existing site. Our goal was to create a well-organized intranet with intuitive navigation for maximum user adoption. We included corporate-driven and custom quick links, allowing user’s fast access to employee tools, frequently used pages, documents, and resources.
